Minimum Requirements
  • Matric plus relevant qualification in production planning and communication in a production environment
  • 3 years’ experience in a production planning environment;
  • Communication and leadership skills
  • Excellent Microsoft Office skills
  • Strong organisational skills
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills
  • Structured and detail oriented with the ability to follow tasks through to completion;
  • Strong leadership skills;
  • Ability to work under pressure and make decisions
  • Self-starter who can work unsupervised and manage own time and activities.

Responsibilities
  • Generate and monitor daily production capacity plan.
  • Identify backlogs, forward order constraints and compile action plans together with the Finite Capacity
  • Scheduler to reduce delays on customer’s orders.
  • Fielding enquiries by customers regarding orders
  • Compiling and distributing field communication on order status
  • Resolving issues and troubleshooting technical problems
  • Delivering information about a company’s offerings
  • Providing proactive customer outreach
  • Handling customer complaints  
  • Collecting and analyzing customer feedback
  • Responding to customer reviews
  • Developing and documenting knowledge into helpful content
  • Tracking customer service KPIs and metrics
