Our client in the UK is looking for a highly motivated and results-driven Digital Sales Executive to join their fast-growing team.
The ideal candidate will be responsible for onboarding new clients and generating leads through digital methods such as phone and email.
As a Digital Sales Executive, you will play a crucial role in expanding our customer base and driving revenue growth.
 
Key Requirements:
    • Strong communicator and influencer
    • Excellent rapport building skills
    • Sales experience and must come from Call Centre / BPO, worked on UK Campaigns with a good understanding of UK regions, customers etc.
  
What you will do:
 
    • Generate leads and identify potential clients through cold-calling, emails and social media
    • Develop and maintain a large pipeline of prospective clients
    • Conduct thorough research to understand customer needs and tailor sales pitches accordingly
    • Pass on cold digital leads to the UK team for follow-up and closing the deal
    • Onboard new clients and establish strong relationships to ensure their successful integration into our customer portfolio
    • Provide outstanding customer service and support throughout the sales process
    • Collaborate with the sales team to meet and exceed sales targets and revenue goals
    • Maintain accurate and up-to-date sales records and documentation
    • Stay updated with industry trends and competitors’ activities to identify new sales opportunities
    • Attend sales meetings, training sessions, and conferences as required
    • Write and/or contribute to proposals, papers, business cases, ROI analyses, or any other collateral that may be needed as part of the sales cycle

    • Ability to build and maintain relationships with clients
    • Self-motivated and target-driven with a track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets
    • Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail
    • Ability to work independently as well as in a team
    • Proficiency in using digital communication methods, including phone and email
    • Knowledge of sales techniques and best practices
    • Familiarity with CRM software (Monday) and sales tools
    • Ability to adapt to a fast-paced and dynamic sales environment
