Job Description
- Graduates will be introduced to the business by first working in the Support Department. Here they will get exposure to first line support (telephonicemail) & training to clients and the software products.
- From Support, depending on the Graduate’s strengths and the business requirement, they could move into Development, Report Writing, BI, Advanced Support or Consulting.
- This position will be based at the head office in Umhlanga Rocks, KZN.
- The candidate must be able to work flexible hours e.g. every second week, from Monday to Friday; starting 6am.
Qualifications
- Must have passed all grade 12 subjects on higher grade
- Must have achieved a minimum of a B in Mathematics on higher grade in grade 12
- Tertiary qualification preferred (B.Bus. Sci, BSC – Com Sci or Engineering)
Experience Required
- Part time work
- Dealing with customers
Competencies
- Strong IT Skills (Network, PC, Windows etc.)
- SQL Admin (backups, restore etc.)
- SQL query writing
- Remote Desktop / GotToAssist / TeamViewer
- Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook)
- Strong communication skills
