We are looking for a skilled and experienced Sales and Business Development Leader to be a part of our team.
As a Sales and Business Development Leader, you will be responsible for developing long-term relationships with the new and existing customers and administering our sales. You will be also expected to respond to new leads and existing client’s requests, resolve their queries timely, and aspire to deliver positive customer experience. You will work alongside the technical team to sell, manage and deliver solutions to our growing client base.

Duties & Responsibilities
 
The Sales and Business Development Leader is a customer-facing role with the following duties and responsibilities:
      • Develop effective sales plans using sales methodology.
      • Gain an understanding of customers diverse and specific business needs and apply    product knowledge to meet them.
      • Manage a portfolio of client accounts to ensure long-term success.
      • Network with existing customers in order to maintain links and promote additional products and upgrades.
      • Develop positive relationships and promptly handle the customer’s requirements.
      • Generate new sales by making use of the existing and potential sales networks.
      • Resolve customer queries and handle their requirements in a timely manner.
      • Negotiate contracts of products and services with the client.
      • Report on the sales pipeline status.
      • Suggest suitable actions that can help improve sales performance and identify opportunities to grow.
      • Analysis client data, prepare professional presentations, reports and present.

Qualifications Minimum:
      • 3 to 5 years sales experience in MSP or IT
      • English First Language
      • Minimum Tertiary qualification in Marketing, Business Administration, or related field
      • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
      • Computer literacy essential
      • Excellent negotiation skills
      • Customer service orientation
      • Professionalism
      • High degree of integrity and trustworthiness
      • Interpersonal skills

      • Clear Criminal and ITC record
 
Advantageous:
      • Product Certifications (such as Microsoft, Fortinet, Mimecast etc.)  
      • Working as an Account or Sales Manager in the IT MSP/Reseller/Distributor industry
