Youth play a critical role is shaping our economy and country. There is a new and groundbreaking initiative that hopes to give at give 1 million jobs to the youth around South Africa.
In summary, this programme influences companies to create learnership roles for black youth and the initiative will assist the learners with work readiness by providing modules on various skills they will need in the working world during their learnership.
YES is a not-for-profit organisation, their fee options are for ensuring a sustainable outcome for our youth, for business and for our country. The fees apply to large companies (R50M turnover), the benefits accrue to all business and youth across the expanse of our nation
This initiative will supply the company with candidates and the company will undergo the interviewing and shortlisting process.
Benefits for businesses:
This will allow companies to gain one or two levels on their BBBEE scorecard.
The YES B-BBEE Benefit can be claimed at your financial year-end with your verification agency if you have also achieved average score of at least a 50% across your entity’s 3 priority elements (ownership, ESD, SD)
